Main / Multi-Profile Settings
CREPE accounts are restricted to one person per account, however you can have a maximum of 3 profiles per account.
You can set up profiles this in the profile list under [User Menu > Settings].
Additional profiles can be created using the + button in the user menu at the top right.

Managing Your Profile Page
You can access your profile page via [User Menu > My Profile].
Click the edit profile button to edit the following information.
Profile ID
- Must be between 4 and 16 characters.
- Only letters, numbers, and underscores (_) are allowed.
- Registration is not possible if the same profile ID already exists.
Nickname
- Can be set to a maximum of 20 characters.
- Registration is possible even if the same nickname exists.
Profile Image
- Click the corresponding button (image icon) at the top center of ‘edit profile’ to modify it.
Profile Header Image
- Click the corresponding button (image icon) in the top right corner of ‘edit profile’ to modify it.
- Clicking the eraser button will remove the background image.
About Me
- Write a short introduction about yourself for visitors to your profile page to see.
Level
- After a commission is completed, the client and artist can leave heart-rated reviews for each other.
- These heart ratings are calculated and reflected in your level, which can go up or down.
Achievement Badges
You can earn achievement badges based on your activity on CREPE.
- You can display up to 3 featured badges on your profile.
- Featured badges appear on your profile page and in message chat rooms.
- Click ‘view details’ to check the following:
- My Featured Badges
- Edit your featured badge settings.
- Badge List
- View the requirements for earning each badge.
- My Featured Badges
Deleting Your Profile
You can delete your profile by selecting ‘delete profile’ under [User Menu > Settings > Account].
You cannot delete your profile if it is currently your primary profile, or if it has any ongoing commissions or registered commission types.
Please note that deleting a profile permanently erases all commission history associated with that profile and cannot be recovered.
※ Profile deletion and Account Termination are separate actions. Please be careful not to confuse them.
