Start Work
Once the artist confirms the payment and clicks ‘start work’ on the progress page,
you will receive a notification that the artist has started working on your commission.
Reviewing Commission Work
When the artist sends the commission for review, you can view it on the commission progress page.
The client can then request revisions or approve the final product.
The original file is stored on the commission progress page.
Work is categorized into the following two types:

Work in Progress (WIP)
The artist can send the client a WIP to review before completing the final product.
If you are satisfied with the WIP you can click ‘proceed with commission’.
- At this stage you can send revision requests, within the number of requests allowed by the artist.
- The artist can send the WIP multiple times, regardless of this limit.
- You can also include comments with your requests.
- If you do not complete the review within 72 hours of receiving the WIP, the commission may be canceled at the artist’s discretion.
Final Product
When the final product for the commission is delivered :
If the client clicks ‘no issues with the product’ to confirm the final work, the commission will be completed.
- The final product can only be submitted once.
- If revisions are needed, the artist can ‘cancel commission delivery’.
- Clients cannot provide separate comments on the final product.
- After confirming the final product, the client cannot provide feedback.
- If the client does not complete confirmation, the commission will automatically complete after 72 hours.
Once the final product is confirmed and the commission is completed, the commission payment is released to the artist, and the client will be unable to cancel the commission or request a refund.
