egardless of nationality, anyone aged 14 or over can submit their passport details to complete identity verification.

Important Notes

• In accordance with the Terms of Service, existing identity verification records cannot be cancelled or altered.
• Identity verification is limited to one account per person.
• To operate as an artist, artist verification is additionally required after passport verification, and this must be completed using a domestic (Korean) bank account.
• If a domestic bank account can not be verified after completing passport verification, acting as an artist is not possible.

• Following Articles 16 and 25 of the Passport Act, using another person's passport or a forged passport for identity verification may result in legal sanctions including imprisonment for up to two years or a fine not exceeding 20 million won.

   

Passport Verification Cancellation and Re-verification

✔️ Passport verification expires one full year (365 days) after approval. Please re-verify using the same name as before.

• You can continue using CREPE even if verification expires. However, access to adult content commissions will be restricted, the verification badge next to your profile will disappear, and artist activities may be limited.

Passport Verification Method

1️⃣ Head to [User Menu > Settings > Verification] and click “Verify Identity” or “Re-verify Identity”.

• Individuals residing in South Korea may also complete passport identity verification.

2️⃣ Enter all information requested exactly as it appears on your passport.

3️⃣ Refer to the “Passport Masking Example” at the bottom of this page, attach a copy of your passport, and press submit.

• Please show:
  • Photo, surname, given name, date of birth, gender, country name, expiration date.
• Please mask:
  • All information except the photo, surname, given name, date of birth, gender, country name, and expiration date (including information at the bottom of the passport)

4️⃣ You can check the approval status and reasons for rejection under [User Menu > Settings > Verification].

• Passport verification takes approximately 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Passport Verification Rejection Cases

• If any information other than the passport photo, surname, given name, date of birth, gender, country name, and expiry date is not masked (obscured)
  • Please mask (obscure) the type, issuing country, passport number, resident registration number, date of issue, issuing authority, and all information at the bottom of the passport.
• If the surname and given name information is not entered exactly as it appears on the passport
  • Spacing and hyphens must match precisely.
  • If the surname cannot be identified from the full name, enter “-” in the “Surname” field and enter the full name in the “Given Name” field.
• If the middle name as stated on the passport is omitted
• If the nationality (in English) as stated on the passport is not entered exactly as shown
• If an ID document other than a passport is attached (e.g., passport card, domestic resident registration card, alien registration card, international driving licence, foreign ID, various certificates, etc.)
• If the passport is blurred or information cannot be accurately verified due to glare
• If the passport is damaged or has expired
• If the passport is suspected to be stolen or forged
