To make your commission experience more convenient, following the August 27, 2026 update, you’ll be able to enter shipping information for Craft commissions, and the deadlines for final work delivery will change. Please see the details below.

📍 Clients can share their shipping address with artists.

When submitting an application for a Craft commission, clients can provide the shipping information needed to receive their commission result, including the client’s name, contact information, and shipping address. This information will only be visible to the artist after payment for the commission has been completed and until the commission is completed or canceled.

📦 Artists can share shipping information with clients.

When the artist enters the shipping carrier and tracking number during the final work delivery stage, this information will be shared with the client.

🎁 The final work delivery deadline for Craft commissions is changing.

Previously, the deadline referred to the date by which the final work files had to be delivered. After the update, for commissions in the Craft category, the deadline will instead refer to the date by which the commission work is scheduled to be shipped (i.e. the tracking number is registered).

This change will apply to Craft commissions for which an application is submitted after the update.

☑️ The automatic completion period for Craft commissions is changing.

Until now, for commissions in all categories, if the client did not confirm the final work after it was delivered by the artist, the commission was automatically completed after 120 hours (5 days).

After the update, for commissions in the Craft category, the automatic completion period will change as follows:

• If the client’s shipping address is in Korea
  • The commission will be automatically completed 10 days after the final work is delivered (tracking number registered).
• If the client’s shipping address is outside Korea
  • The commission will be automatically completed 30 days after the final work is delivered (tracking number registered).
