Point Payment Cancellation
Points you have purchased but not used can be canceled within 7 days of purchasing.
You can cancel the payment by clicking ‘cancel’ under [User Menu > Points].
Point Refund
You can request a point refund via the Refund Request Page.
- Refunds are not available for amounts under 1,000 points (1,000 KRW).
- A refund processing fee of either 1,000 KRW or 10% of the requested refund amount (whichever is greater) will be deducted before the refund is issued.
