A client is a CREPE user who pays a fee to an artist to commission and create their desired work or product.

When you register on CREPE, you are automatically able to act as a client.

Clients can browse a variety of commission types and send applications directly to artists they like, or they can post open commission requests where artists can offer their services directly to the client.

Clients should aim to communicate their commission requests as clearly as possible, and work together with the artist throughout the process.

Clients should always remain respectful when giving feedback to artists, and avoid making unreasonable or excessive demands.

Additionally, the final work should be used only for purposes agreed upon with the artist.
