An artist is a CREPE user who creates and delivers work and products commissioned by clients, in exchange for payment.

Artists should clearly describe the details and scope of their work when posting commission types.

Artists should thoroughly review incoming applications and engage in communication with the client throughout the process, including initial consultation and progress updates.

Artists must adhere to agreements made with clients, and in unavoidable situations where agreements can not be upheld, they must notify the client in advance.

Additionally, information shared during the commission process should be used solely for the purpose of the commission.

Artists on CREPE range in experience and availability, some artists engage in commission work as a hobby and others are professional artists. 

Please keep this in mind when communicating your requests and be sure to read the artists’ terms listed in the commission type.
