“CREPE Gift Cards were added as part of the May 15th, 2025 (Thursday) update.

The “Gift Card” feature lets you use your own points to purchase a digital Gift Card and send it to someone else so they can charge their points.

1️⃣ You can purchase Gift Cards in the CREPE Store.

Gift Cards can only be purchased using points you have charged to your account already.

• Regardless of the type, you can purchase up to 10 Gift Cards per day.
• You can not gift purchased Gift Cards to yourself.

2️⃣ Enter a name and a message to display.

The “display name” is the name that will be shown to the person receiving your Gift Card.

3️⃣ Copy the Gift Card link and share it with the recipient.

• Gift Card can be gifted within 60 days of purchase.
• Each Gift Card can only be used once, so make sure you only share the link with the intended recipient.

✅ Manage Your Purchased Gift Cards

Go to [Gift Cards > Purchase History] and click on each purchase to view the detailed purchase page.

• You can copy the link again to share the Gift Card.
• You can request a refund for unused Gift Cards.
  • Only unused Gift Cards are eligible for a refund.
  • Only the purchaser of the card can request a refund.
  • If a Gift Card expires, it will be automatically refunded as points to the purchaser of the card.
  • Please refer to the Terms of Service for details on point refunds.
• If you encounter any issues using a Gift Card, please contact our Help Center with the Gift Card reference number.

✅ Check Your Received Gift Cards

Go to [Gift Cards > Usage History] and click on each transaction to view the detailed usage information for that Gift Card.

You can also view the message you received on each usage information.
