CREPE strives to facilitate courteous transactions between commission clients and artists to ensure a safe and enjoyable commission experience.
Please note that failure to comply with community guidelines will result in sanctions as outlined below.
Penalty Targets
- Acts of verbal abuse, threats, insults, or defamation directed at other users or CREPE (Cookie Place Co., Ltd.) employees
- Misuse of user inquiry & answer functions such as applications and messages
- e.g.) Sending repeated messages or spamming applications in order to disrupt service usage
- e.g.) Demanding content not specified in the application after the final work is delivered
- e.g.) Demanding additional fees not previously notified or agreed upon in advance
- e.g.) Coercing donation payments or making explicit requests for donations
- Failing to fulfill obligations during commission progress without prior notice after the commission fee payment has been made
- e.g.) Failure to meet the commission deadline
- e.g.) Failing to review or request revisions for over 72 hours after receiving the work
- Prolonged (7+ days) unresponsiveness or deliberate avoidance of inquiries during the commission process after payment has been made
- e.g.) Blocking the other party during the commission process
- Misuse of the other party’s personal information provided during the commission process
- e.g.) Theft of personal information provided during the commission process
- e.g.) Distributing personal information provided during the commission process without consent
- e.g.) Using personal information provided during the commission process to threaten the other party
- e.g.) Using personal information provided in order to send commission work to stalk the other party
- Any other acts that harm the community within CREPE or interfere with business operations
Sanction Measures
- Level 1 - Warning Notice (Notification)
- Level 2 - 3-day transaction restriction
- Level 3 - 10-day transaction restriction
- Level 4 and above - 30-day transaction restriction
Prolonged (7+ days) loss of contact and deliberate avoidance during the commission process after payment settlement
- Level 1 - Warning Notice
- Level 4 - (Skipping Levels 2-3) 30-day transaction restriction
Misuse of personal information provided by the other party during the commission process
- Level 4 - (Skipping Levels 1-3 without separate notice) Permanent Account Suspension
