Infringement of Rights

CREPE respects the rights of all users, and sanctions will be imposed in the case of rights violations.

However, since CREPE is not legally able to determine the illegality or validity of a post that may infringe on rights, when a legally valid report is submitted, a temporary measure of a 30-day transaction restriction may be imposed.

 

✔️ The 30-day transaction restriction is applied as a temporary measure pending a mutual agreement between users or a legal ruling.

✔️ All procedures after the temporary restriction period ends shall be conducted with the agreement of the parties or with lawful cooperation requests, recommendations, and rulings from relevant investigative, arbitration, or judicial authorities.

 

CREPE defines the following acts as rights infringements, as such we ask for your understanding that sanctions may be imposed based on any related misconduct.

Copyright Infringement

  • Copying a work verbatim without the original artist's permission
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of part or all of a work where the original work and artist are clearly identifiable
  • Illegally sharing files such as novels, manga, movies, broadcasts, or music, or sharing methods to obtain them illegally.
  • Content containing information about, or selling illegal copies or pirated program installation.
  • Infringement on the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights.
  • Unauthorized use of information provided by clients or artists.
    • e.g., unauthorized use of WIPs provided by an artist, unauthorized use of client’s provided reference or materials, etc.
  • Other cases that may violate relevant laws and regulations

Defamation and Other Infringements

  • Publishing facts or false information with the intention to slander an individual or organization
  • Cyber sexual violence
  • Cyber stalking
  • Leaking personal information such as addresses, personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, or bank account details
  • Other cases that may violate relevant laws and regulations

⚠️ Any commissions using AI violate Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Terms of Service. These are violations of the Terms of Service, not rights infringements. For other Terms of Service violations, please review the Terms of Service and report them to CREPE’s Help Center.
